Sakura Home Solutions provides warranties on workmanship as detailed in the project agreement. Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers.

**8. Limitation of Liability**

Sakura Home Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

**9. Termination**

Either party may terminate the project agreement under the conditions outlined in that agreement. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

**10. Governing Law**

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

**11. Dispute Resolution**

If negotiation fails, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan, in accordance with the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association.
